Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your name, work email, and password (hashed).
• Workspace data — the projects, clients, contacts, schedules, and files you put into SurveyForward.
• Usage — anonymous error reports and basic page-view metrics, so we can fix bugs and learn which features get used.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside your workspace.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.
• We don't serve ads, and we don't use third-party tracking pixels on the app.
• We don't read your projects or your team's messages, except as needed to respond to a support request you start.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) in the United States. Every record is tagged with your tenant ID and isolated from every other firm's data at the database layer (row-level security). Encrypted backups run daily.

Your rights

• Export your data anytime via the CSV export button on any list.
• Delete your workspace anytime — once confirmed, we remove your data within 30 days.
