We sat with surveyors. Then we built it.
SurveyForward exists because every AEC services firm we talked to was running their business on the same three tools: a giant Excel book, QuickBooks, and email. They'd outgrown it. Salesforce was the wrong shape. Basecamp was generic. Deltek was a different planet.
How we work
A design partner, not a focus group.
We started this with a Carolinas surveying firm that gave us real data: a 725-row project book, an 80-tab crew calendar, and the email chain of every job from intake to invoice.
Most product roadmaps come from analyst reports. Ours comes from sitting at the PM's desk on a Tuesday afternoon and watching what they actually do.
We ship in weeks, not quarters. We'll tell you what's on the roadmap and we won't pretend something is shipped when it isn't.
